Residential
A standard APC clean generally includes these services (but can always be customized to meet your specific needs!):
All Rooms:
Dust and/or polish picture frames, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, etc. Blinds dusted, as needed. Sweep and mop all hard floors and vacuum all carpeting and rugs. Empty wastebaskets.
Kitchen:
Clean outsides of all appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Sweep and mop floor.
Bathrooms:
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Empty wastebaskets. Sweep and mop floors and tile walls. Deodorize.

Special house cleaning services are also available, such as:
• Oven cleaning

• Refrigerator cleaning

• Wall washing

• Cabinet cleaning

• Baseboard cleaning

• Blinds washed/dusted

Move-out Clean
A move-out or move-in cleaning will typically include:
• Carpets vacuumed and edged
• Window sills and window tracks cleaned
• Base boards dusted and wiped down
• Vacuum, mop and dry hard floor surfaces
• Stairs vacuumed
• Flat areas damp cloth dusted
• Mop and dry wood floors
• Tidy room appearance
• Remove cobwebs
• Thorough dusting (molding, light fixtures, etc.)
• All appliances wiped down, inside and out
• Bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized

**Because of the different needs and desires of our clients, the following items are done based on request!**
• Clean inside and outside cabinets and drawers
• Clean interior windows
• Dust and/or damp wipe blinds
• Air returns and vent covers dusted

Vacation rentals consist of the same services as a typical clean, as well as some deeper cleaning.

We will change the sheets on used beds, as well as washing towels and sheets as needed, if appliances are provided

on the premises.
